Terms of Service

Please fully read the following document before commissioning me, as commissioning me you agree to all terms outlined below regardless of whether or not you have read it.Last edit- 17/01/23

PAYMENT AND QUOTESTo secure a slot, a non-refundable 30% deposit is required. This will go towards materials for your suit. Payment will be done via paypal and all currency is in USD. You can get an estimate for converting your currency into USD using google.Payments will be made via invoice. We can discuss a payment plan or pay everything up front. Your suit will not be shipped out until full payment has been received. Fully paid suits get priority over payment plans.Shipping will be covered by you and is not included in your initial quote.Quotes will be given upon request and will be valid for five months until you will have to get a new one.CONTACT AND SUIT CREATIONCommunication can be done through Twitter, Instagram, or Discord for any questions or updates. WIPS will be sent upon request and each time I am ready to move onto the next step. A duct tape dummy made and supplied by you is required for fullsuits.COMPLETION AND DEADLINESI cannot guarantee a completion date and I will not work with deadlines. Things may come up that delay work, please be understanding and patient as I am still in school. Failure to keep up on payments will delay the completion of your suit. I can give a rough time frame of completion upon request.AGEI reserve the right to decline a commission from anyone under the age of 18. To commission me as a minor you must have permission from your parent or guardian and have them make the purchase on your behalf. Paypal’s TOS disallows minors from using their service.Minors growing out of their suits does not fall under warranty.If you are a minor, please have parents contact me first.CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDSThere is a 30% non-refundable down payment, and if a commission is canceled before work has started the remaining money will be returned. Refunds may take time.If you are to cancel after work has already started, you will get a refund based on the completion of the suit. If it is 75% or more completed, no refund will be issued. Your unfinished suit can be shipped to you or altered to be made into a premade.Cancellations done by me will be fully refunded.DESIGN CHANGESDesign changes added after the work has been completed will add an extra charge which differs based on complexity. Minor changes in the early stages will not come with an extra charge.WARRANTYAll suits come with a 60 day warranty and covers any damages or mistakes at the fault of the maker, like popped seams or incorrect designs. I am not responsible for damage caused by shipping. Damages under warranty are 100% at the maker’s expense. You will pay to ship it to me, and I will pay to send it back. Any repairs done outside of warranty will come with a charge based on the complexity of the issue.Unauthorized alterations done by you or others void this warranty.REFERENCESPlease supply a clear digital reference sheet with at least a front and back view. A side view may be required for complicated characters. I am not responsible for inaccuracies in your suit based on an unclear or out of date reference sheet. NO SHADING OR BLENDED MARKINGS. Please include claw, tongue, and paw pad colours.MEDIA USAGEI reserve the right to use pictures of your suit for promotional purposes. All character rights will remain the commissioners property.GHOSTINGIf you fail to respond to attempts to contact for 30 days, a 30 day warning will be issued. After the 60 days are up, the commission will be canceled with no refund.ALLERGIESMy suits are created in an environment with both cats and dogs.By commissioning me, you agree to these terms. HEADS

Heads start at $1800
The base head includes: Full lining, magnetic removable tongue, pickable nose (upon request for no extra charge), and follow me eyes.
For an extra charge I offer jewelry, magnetic accessories and teeth. The prices vary based on size and complexity.Prices increase based on character complexity, markings, and colour amount.MAGNETIC EYELIDS:
First set- $35
Additional sets- $25 each.

SEMI-PARTIALS

Semi-partials start at $2500
Includes: Base head, handpaws, and tail. Claws are optional for no extra charge. Possible add-ons include all ones offered for the head only commission.
Paws can have 3-5 fingers. Price varies.
Squeakers can be added to one or more paw pads. $3 each.Prices increase based on character complexity, markings, and colour amount.ARM SLEEVES:
Arm sleeves can be added and start at $150. Lining can be added for an extra $75.

FULL PARTIALS

Full partials start at $3100
Includes: Base head, handpaws, feetpaws, and tail. Claws are optional for no extra charge. Possible add-ons include all ones offered for the head only commission.
Paws can have 3-5 fingers. Price varies.
Squeakers can be added to one or more paw pads. $3 each.Feetpaws can be indoor (paw pads) or outdoor (foam mat). Indoor is $180 more.Prices increase based on character complexity, markings, and colour amount.ARM SLEEVES:
